The Atlantic Inn's well groomed and landscaped six acres sit high on the eastern side of the island, and provide one of the most quaint views of the island.

Read a book while sitting in an island made Adirondack chair or gently swing in the hammock, under the shade of the apple trees. Overlooking a neighboring inn's farm, you truly feel as though you have stepped back in time.

The gardens, maintained by the Innkeepers and staff, provide fresh cut flowers used to adorn tables in the dining room, grace many vases throughout the Inn, and some even serve as garnish on the wonderful dining creations! The herb gardens provide Chef Moon and his staff a fresh bounty to cut daily, to be used in such items as lavender granite.

The rolling hillside affords the visitor many places to sit and enjoy the serenity of this splendid location.
