Every May, The Atlantic Inn welcomes guests to a fine dining experience unparalleled on Block Island. Relax and enjoy a romantic, candle-lit, four-course dinner, while sipping a glass of wine from our expansive wine list.

Executive Chef Dan Puglia, and his staff create an ever changing menu, certain to please the most discerning diner. Using some of the fresh herbs and vegetables from the Inn's gardens assures the diner of a truly "Block Island" dining experience. Written up in magazines such as Bon Appetit and Travel and Leisure would make it appear that this is one opportunity for a special dinner that should not to be passed up!

In August of 1997, The Atlantic Inn had the honor and priviledge of hosting President William Jefferson Clinton and the First Family and friends for dinner, while they enjoyed a short day-trip to the island.

The Atlantic offers Tapas and cocktail service on the wonderful wrap-around verandah. Watch the sun set as you whittle the time away sitting on the comfy white wicker or in an Adirondack chair on the lawn. Play croquet with friends while waiting for your server to return with your favorite summer drinks.

Watch for our special theme dinners in the "Nice Season". Always a special treat, a menu is specially created to compliment selected wines from regions such as Napa Valley, California or countries such as France and Italy.
